As our business has developed and executed an ambitious operational value plan dedicated to offering customers a compelling combination of formulation development, product design, compounding, filling, packaging and delivery, the PLZ acquisition presented the next logical step in our company’s evolution. PLZ offers additional resources, relationships, capabilities and alignment with industry best practices that will continue Precise Packaging’s positive momentum via further investment in the business and its people so that we can better serve you – our valued customers.

The PLZ acquisition translates into business as usual for Precise Packaging customers, with the added benefit of broader offerings and capabilities enabled by PLZ’s position as the North American leader in specialty aerosol and liquid manufacturing. The PLZ family of companies specializes in the development, manufacturing, packaging and distribution of a comprehensive line of contract fill, branded and private-label products. PLZ formulates, blends, fills and packages more than 2,500 branded and private-label products including cleaners and polishers, industrial solvents, lubricants and degreasers, adhesives, sanitary supply disinfectants, insecticides, air fresheners and personal care products for home and industrial use.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR PRECISE PACKAGING?
It’s a win-win! The entire Precise Packaging staff is now a member of the PLZ family. Our facilities will remain in Fall River, MA, where we’ve recently made several significant investments in plant capability and capacity expansions to improve our contract manufacturing and filling services. This includes our new 15,000 square-foot production facility, new aerosol production line, propellant tank farm, alcohol storage facility, and other investments in capital equipment upgrades to provide the very best quality and service to our customers.
The combination of PLZ and Precise Packaging allow both companies to better serve our current and future customers. Like Precise Packaging, PLZ strives to be a value-added strategic partner to our customers for a full suite of specialty aerosol and liquid products.
